Built in Brgy. Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City, it’s the first government-run facility in Region 1 that is primarily built for drug treatment. The rehabilitation center can accommodate 300 clients and is situated on a 2-hectare lot, which was donated by the late Doña Teodora Manaois of Dagupan City. The facility is highly equipped with trained personnel and operated with its teams of psychiatrists, physicians, dentist, nurses, psychologists, social workers and administrative officers.
